If you decide to return your car within the 14-day or 250-mile timeframe, we will issue a full refund, provided the vehicle is in the same condition as when it was delivered and has not sustained any damage due to buyer negligence.

Inspection: We will schedule a time to inspect the vehicle to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund Process: Once the inspection is complete and the vehicle is confirmed to be in good condition, we will process your refund promptly.
Please keep all original paperwork, keys, and accessories that came with the vehicle to facilitate the return process.
Return shipping costs may apply if the vehicle is not being returned to our facility in the original delivery condition.
